As you may have heard, we recently launched Spect 🎉 🎉 🎉

Spect is a highly customizable tool for DAO contributors to form circles (or sub-DAOs) that manage grants, bounties and tasks. On Spect, it is also possible to send kudos (soulbound tokens) to contributors and reward contributors on multiple EVM networks using any token. Contributors can even distribute retroactive rewards among each other in a decentralized and fair way.

Currently, anyone can create a circle on Spect, permissionlessly. However, to build friendships with early citizens of Spect, we are starting the Early Citizens’ Program!

Why be an early citizen?

The early citizens’ of Spect will receive a soulbound token which would automatically qualify them for free perks! These perks include the following.

1. Early access to cool new features
2. Free credits to use premium features
3. Future Airdrops

Who is a early citizen?

A early citizen of Spect must satisfy the following criterion.

1. Meet with us 3 times (30 mins each) after they start using Spect. These meetings will be for the following purpose
   1. Meeting #1 - Understanding the use case or problem that the citizen is looking to solve using Spect and learning more about what the citizen has tried before.
   2. Meeting #2 - Feedback on a design of a potential solution for the citizen’s problems
   3. Meeting #3 - Feedback after implementation of the solution for the citizen’s problem
2. Speaking at a Twitter Space hosted by Spect with the goal of increasing visibility of the citizen’s mission, project and immediate goals within the Spect community

Note that the early citizens’ program is a permissioned program, that is, the Spect core team needs to qualify the applicant to be eligible for the program. This is essential to prevent sybil attacks and maintain quality and conviction among citizens.
